Chief Executive

Medway Youth Trust

Graham Clewes has the privilege of being the Chief Executive of Medway Youth Trust and has been so since February 2009. This follows over twenty years working within young people's charities and prior to that, insurance broking in the City.
One of the best parts of his role at MYT is the 'can do' attitude of all his staff and volunteers. Much of the drive for this innovative data mining and propensity modelling work has come from their Data Quality Manager, Gary Seaman. Like many of their staff, Gary proposed an innovation and Graham's role was to help make things happen when he saw that they could genuinely help improve young people's life chances.
