Don\u2019t Make Them into Men"},"content":{"rendered":"Originally published in Linkedin I recently sat on a panel of \u201cWomen in Predictive Analytics\u201d, moderated by\u00a0Greta Roberts\u00a0with\u00a0Jeanne Harris\u00a0from Columbia University and\u00a0Lauren Haynes\u00a0from University of Chicago. \u00a0Although the three of us on the panel had never previously met, we were incredibly consistent with our perspectives on how to get more women into analytics \u2013\u00a0don&#8217;t try to make women\u00a0into men. This point was made several different ways.\u00a0I will highlight two here.
