 John Ainsworth is a Senior Data Scientist at Elder Research. Over the last 8 years he has designed, implemented, and operationalized predictive analytic solutions in a wide variety of industries, including aerospace, telecom, energy, and government. Prior to working for Elder Research he served in the US Army where he gained practical experience in applied problem solving. He currently lives in Charlottesville, VA, with his wife and two daughters.

 Belinda Rushing is Director – Customer Experience at nTelos Wireless in Waynesboro, Virginia. Belinda has held a variety of positions in customer service and marketing, always with a focus on driving customer loyalty.
